Once again, it is the lake that serves as the backdrop to everyday life, with its charm and ever-changing colors visible from the windows of this penthouse overlooking the waters of Lake Iseo, adding beauty to an interior where modernity, elegance, and comfort are the protagonists of every square meter. Originally, there were two apartments, outdated and now inefficient for a qualitatively adequate life, so in order to meet the owners' needs, the entire project was revised and the two old residences were transformed into a wonderful penthouse that exudes modernity and warmth, perfectly in line with the times in terms of technology and materials used.
The living area studied in every detail.
The large open space, which includes the entire living area, is "protected" by the sloping wooden roof that frames it, making the volume enveloping and luminous, thanks to the white beams that seem velvety in combination with the stone that covers some walls. A trick that gives character and personalization to the area. The relaxation area is furnished with an important corner sofa, in fabric, with generous and soft shapes, oriented towards the TV area; next to it is the armchair with matching pouf which, in addition to comfort, creates a nice visual impact, thanks to its bold color.

The master bedroom is reached, a sort of suite with a fireplace and TV in a kind of partition that ideally separates the bedroom from the walk-in closet and bathroom; the latter has been dedicated to a large square footage with two stations characterized by semi-round 270 cm mirrors and a double-sided shower. Adding warmth and continuity to the interior design project is the expanse of parquet that unifies the entire house except for the bathrooms. The interior design project shows great attention to detail and a balance between furniture and space where light, both natural and artificial, plays an important role, alternating different atmospheres according to tastes and needs.
