On the lower floor there is the sleeping area with three bedrooms, two of which are double, one directly connected to the walk-in closet and the bathroom, forming a large single space; another one that is very elegant and seductive, and finally a single bedroom for the daughter. The walk-in closet is utilized to the centimeter and houses a full-height wardrobe with doors and handles that blend in with the color of the walls, creating a sense of lightness in the space.
