From the entrance, a sort of underground chamber anchored to the exposed stone, the ascent continues on four levels. The lower floors house the accessory spaces, while the heart of the residence occupies the upper level: the top floor, very bright and characterized by double height, also includes a central patio, a comfortable outdoor oasis that effectively divides the sleeping area between the master area and the area dedicated to the children.

Contemporary lines and large living spaces.
The elegant furnishing of the living space has focused on one side on the essential and linear contemporary style of the volumes and compositions, and on the other on the chromatic balance of neutral tones, punctuated here and there by lively touches of color, such as acid green or burgundy. In the center of the spacious open space, including the living area, a large white modular sofa dominates, with soft cushions. Next to the living area, there is the space dedicated to daily life and conviviality: the glossy charcoal lacquered kitchen, with island and counter for the family, also extends to the wall, while the long dining table is available to guests.

The sleeping area is divided into different rooms with oversized beds, connected to their respective bathrooms, the latter embellished with refined marbles that cover the master shower and tub, and backlit custom-made furniture. Privacy is guaranteed in every room, with bright LED bars embedded in the walls creating linear light effects.
